Do you have programming experience?

Yes—I’ve worked in hands-on roles where coding was part of the job, and I’ve also mentored a team of data engineers using Google Cloud tools like Dataflow, Composer, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, and more.
I’m most comfortable with JavaScript, Python, and SQL, but I’ve also worked with Java/Android, C, C++, TypeScript, and NoSQL databases. That said, I don’t consider myself a full-time developer—I really admire those who live in that world daily.

Do you have experience with management methodologies?

I do. I’ve worked with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and also on larger, more structured projects with fixed timelines and budgets. I adapt the approach depending on the team and the context.

What’s your approach to leading and motivating teams?

I focus on clear communication, shared goals, and trust. I believe in giving people autonomy while staying close enough to support, guide, and unblock when needed. Teams do their best work when they feel respected and empowered.

Which languages do you speak?

I’m a native Spanish and Catalan speaker with a professional level of English, having used it throughout my whole career - written, spoken, meetings, documentation, everything.

How would you define your role as a professional?

I used to say “project manager” for simplicity, but that never told the whole story. Over time, I’ve taken on responsibilities closer to product management, team leadership, and department coordination. I’ve also jumped into technical work when needed—writing code, troubleshooting, or reviewing architecture.

What is your opinion about remote work?

I prefer fully remote roles—they fit how I work best. That said, I understand that some teams or projects may need occasional in-person sessions, and I’m happy to be flexible when it makes sense.
